The highly unique and iconic building presents complex engineering and construction challenges, compounded by needing to interface with multiple contractors and managing large volumes of data. Contractor Gammon Construction needed to establish a connected data environment to streamline workflows, control data sharing processes, and implement standardized BIM and 4D modeling.

They selected ProjectWise to share information and automate administrative and approval processes, reducing data searching time by 20%. Integrating SYNCHRO 4D, they linked the BIM design model to the project schedule, creating a virtual construction sequence to reduce construction risks. Using the 4D model helped identify and resolve issues, improve collaboration and coordination, and visually communicate and support discussions with the contractors and client. Through integrated digital project delivery, they reduced labor needs between 15% to 20% and risks working at heights by at least 70%.
