Peace City is a model for sustainable future city development. The design will protect agricultural resources, enhance road and utility infrastructure, and help mitigate the spread of contemporary epidemics by minimizing narrow spaces and optimizing the use of open areas in urban design. Abussaif Group needed a software solution that would help them avoid chaotic urbanization, maintain natural environmental conditions, and reduce pollution. They needed to design an architectural model that could recognize the benefits of integrating technology and artificial intelligence, as well as establish a digital twin as a template for smart cities.

Abussaif Group used OpenCities Planner to develop their digital twin concept, creating new strategies aligned with technological advancement and environmental preservation for their infrastructure projects. The success of the project prompted them to apply the digital approach to eight smaller projects.
